We had another great challenge at Living Sims the “Start Somewhere”. In this challenge we had to build a starter house, it could be fully decorated or not. The idea interested me very much because it’s quite difficult to make a good house with a low budget. This is my entry, a small starter house for one single sim:

Hello everyone!

Here’s another cottage for you! This time I succeded to use the attic, thanks to Shannachka’s help! In fact, if you have Ambitions it’s not difficult at all to create a room from the attic. And believe me, you don’t even need to use cheats!

I couldn’t resist to the new stuff pack Outdoor Living and its gorgeous furnitures, so this is the first house I’ve built using it. However, apart from the fireplace or some exterior lights I didn’t use any other objects that come with the pack. So it shouldn’t be a problem for those that don’t have it… At least I hope!

Hello there!

I have a big passion for small houses. I try to reproduce some that I see into the sims, but they don’t work fine mostly because they use the attic as rooms and I don’t know if we’re able to do the same in sims 3. Do you know if we can use?  So here is another small house for you! It has a sun room, 1 bathroom, 1 single bedroom and a backyard and it’s fully decorated. Also it has  no CC and or store content!  I hope you all have a lot of fun!!
